ROUGH CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Rough construction means that forty percent of the existing building has been completed. After the necessary procedures for a construction to be carried out, the foundation excavation is carried out based on the criteria determined for the project.

After the foundation excavation is completed, the excavated foundation is filled with filling material, and lean concrete is poured and the area where the foundation will be placed is determined and arranged.

What are rough constructIon Items?

After the arrangement of the area where the foundation will sit, the iron reinforcements needed for the construction of the foundation are laid. After the electricity, clean and waste water drains are laid, the building foundation is concreted.

After the necessary iron connections are made on each floor elevation, the plumbing pipes and the formwork of columns and beams are completed, concrete is poured in the amount and qualification required for all floors and determined in the project. Since the concrete drying time varies according to the current weather conditions, casting in the most suitable weather conditions will be one of the main factors that will be preferred. During the pouring of concrete, the entire area of ​​the pump should be moved to ensure equal casting to each area.

Rough Construction and building materials, the suitability of the concrete class to be used, vary according to the climatic conditions of the region where the construction will be made. Construction molds are used to hold the concrete. Generally, metal, ABS filler blind molds and wooden (mdf or chipboard) molds are used as mold material. The fact that the column formworks to be used is smooth and clean means that the concrete of the construction to be built will be smooth.

As the concrete dries, all floors are built respectively. The structure is made clear by making the planes of the rooms, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens, corridors and entrances, elevator shafts, and stair steps. Screed is applied to the floors of all floors for insulation and smoothing, and it is very important to prevent slopes that may occur when placing marble, tile, tile or parquet on the existing floor. In today’s conditions, both insulation and lightness properties are provided by building materials called gas concrete or pumice brick instead of brick.

The completion of the above-mentioned processes is called rough construction. The rough construction constitutes 40% of the construction to be made, 25% of the rough construction consists of iron, 25% formwork, the remaining 25% concrete and 25% masonry.

FINE CONSTRUCTION WORKS
